摘要
创建"让党中央放心、让人民群众满意的模范机关"是新时代机关建设的使命任务.创建模范机关,首先要明确模范机关的科学内涵、评价体系和创建路径等重要问题.模范机关的内涵包括党的政治建设、理论武装、服务人民、基层组织、正风肃纪五方面主要内容.以模范机关的科学内涵为基础,探索符合工作实际,且操作性、可行性强的评价体系;提出科学合理、具有创新性的创建路径.
Abstract
The mission and task of institutional construction in the new era is to create a model institution that reassures the Party Central Committee and satisfies the people.To create a model agency,it is important to first clarify the scientific connotation,evaluation system,and creation path of the model agency.The connotation of exemplary institutions includes five main aspects:political construction of the Party,theoretical armed forces,serving the people,grassroots organizations,and promoting integrity and discipline.Based on the scientific connotation of exemplary institutions,explore an evaluation system that is in line with practical work and has strong operability and feasibility;Propose a scientifically reasonable and innovative path for creation.
