"正常"在联大不是一个褒词——论西南联大教师的"怪"

摘要
西南联大的教师形象怪、言语怪和行为怪."怪"是他们的群体性特征,所以是正常的."怪"也是美好的,因为透露了他们的心灵秘密:一是真性情;二是真才学;三是真风度.对西南联大教师"怪"的记录、描写、欣赏和传颂,至少有两点启示:一是好大学要有"怪人""怪事",理解和包容"怪人""怪事"是大学精神的重要体现;二是"怪"是好老师个人魅力的重要体现,不少好老师正是依靠以"狂狷""真气"为核心的个人魅力,达成启迪和身教的目标.
Abstract
The image,speech and behavior of teachers in Southwest Associated University(SAU)were strange."Strangeness"was their group characteristic,so it's normal."Strangeness"was also beautiful because it showed the secrets of their hearts:their true temperament,their true talents and their true demeanor.There are at least two inspirations for the record,description,appreciation and eulogy of the"strange"teachers of SAU;1st,good universities must have"strange people"and"strange things".Understanding and tolerating the strangeness is an important manifestation of the university spirit;2nd,"strangeness"is an important manifestation of good teachers'personal charm.Many good teachers achieved the goal of enlightenment and personal education by relying on their personal charm with"arrogance"and"true spirit"as the core.
