旅游业高质量发展导向的导游讲解服务研究

摘要
在文化和旅游部印发的《"十四五"旅游业发展规划》中,明确了文旅融合高质量发展的目标、内容和路径.如何实现旅游高质量发展,是业界共同关心的话题.从旅游从业人员角度来说,导游人员是旅游业的核心从业者,其讲解服务质量与旅游业高质量发展息息相关.然而,导游在游客心目中有不少负面印象,这对旅游业发展有较大影响.文章从导游讲解服务出发,结合文献资料和调研,对于导游的讲解服务做出充分的研究.基于调研结果,分析现有环境,最后提出了针对性的解决路径.
Abstract
From the perspective of tourism professionals,tour guides are the core practitioners of the tourism industry,and the quality of their explanations and services is closely related to the high-quality development of the tourism industry.However,tour guides have many negative impressions in the minds of tourists,which have a significant impact on the development of the tourism industry.The article starts from the tour guide's explanation service,combines literature and research,and conducts sufficient research on the tour guide's explanation service.The article is rooted in the research results,analyzes the existing environment,and finally proposes targeted solutions.
