Reconstruction of Equal Relationship between Teachers & Students in Higher Education under New Concept of Educational Equity
The new concept of educational equity is a new approach proposed based on the changes in the main contradictions in the field of education and the needs for the development of the connotation of educational equity itself.The article uses this as a methodology to re-examine the problems in the current relationship between teachers and students in higher education institutions.Research has found that the absence of"people"weakens the educational nature of equal relationships between teachers and students.Inspired by the new concept of educational equity,the article proposes a reconstruction path for the equal relationship.Firstly,the core position of individuals should be restored,laying the foundation for equality in the relationship between teachers and students;Secondly,it is necessary to maintain substantive fairness and build a friendly atmosphere for equal relationships between teachers and students;Finally,it is necessary to implement process fairness and return to the educational essence of equal relationship between teachers and students.
