With the geopolitical synthesis,Yunnan border areas have gathered a lot of global governance problems,with extremely prominent security risks.Most of the existing research findings involve studies of regional country affairs,with few studies delving into theories of global governance and specific social risk governance.Therefore,the study of Yunnan border security risk governance from the perspective of global governance still needs to clarify the following three core issues:the root causes and characteristics of security risks in Yunnan border areas,the dilemmas of the risk governance,and the principles of the governance.Only in this way,can Yunnan border security risk governance be effectively promoted in the practice of global governance programs with Chinese characteristics.
