Practice and Reflection of People's Mediation in Rural Areas:Case Study of Xiaocun in Yunnan
Based on field investigation materials,this paper analyzes the experience and logic of people's mediation practice in rural society under the background of social transformation.In the practice of mediation,the rural people's mediation Committee mobilizes and gathers various forces to construct a"task community"of dispute mediation,and forms a dispute resolution mechanism of the integration of reason and law in the new era.
