基于改进残差网络的泥石流易发性评估——以四川地区为例

四川地区为泥石流易发地带,泥石流每年都会给四川地区带来巨大的财产损失,为给四川地区泥石流防灾减灾工作提供经验参考,文本提出一种基于残差网络的改进模型.传统网络往往对孕灾沟谷特征的提取不够彻底,本文在残差网络中添加注意力机制模块,运用数字高程数据和遥感数据,对四川地区的沟谷地形进行泥石流易发性评估.实验证明通道注意力机制和空间注意力机制能够有效提升残差网络的特征提取能力.
Evaluation of Debris Flow Susceptibility Based on Improved Residual Network:A Case Study in Sichuan Region
To provide experience and reference for disaster prevention and reduction of debris flows in the Sichuan region,this paper proposes an improved model based on residual networks.An attention mechanism module is added to the residual network,and digital elevation data and remote sensing data are used to evaluate the susceptibility of debris flows in the valley terrain of Sichuan region.Experimental results have shown that channel attention mechanism and spatial attention mechanism can effectively enhance the feature extraction ability of residual networks.
