"Setazha"is a mutual aid organization or private credit organization in the Hani Yiche community of Honghe County,which aims to raise funds in batches and take turns using them among relatives,neighbors,and even colleagues to achieve mutual assistance.Any person in urgent need of funds can send an invitation to a trusted person to form a"Setazha",which will then be formed by 10-12 people.The"Setazha"organization gathers twice a year,with each person raising funds ranging from three thousand,five thousand,or ten thousand each,for the use of those who receive the"Setazha"fundraising funds at that time,thus achieving the function of mutual assistance in"Setazha"funds.However,the organization of the Hani Yiche people in Honghe County is not only for fundraising,but also to use the social platform built by"Setazha"to achieve mutual assistance and strengthen interpersonal communication.They admire the pride of being in the group and the shame of being out of the group,and'Setaza'has become their rightful choice.
