摘要
中越命运共同体战略目标的签定,对于中越两党两国来说具有划时代的历史意义.双方一致同意构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体,意味着中越关系进入了政治互信更高、安全合作更实、务实合作更深、民意基础更牢、多边协调配合更紧、分歧管控解决更好的新阶段.这不仅能造福两国人民,更能为人类和平与进步事业发展作出巨大贡献.云南省文山壮族苗族自治州与越南河江省山水相连,而且双方交往交流历史悠久;进入新千年、新时代后,双方在口岸经济、跨境务工、文化旅游、边境地区治理等领域的合作更加密切,成效更加显著,民意基础更加牢固.
Abstract
The signing of the strategic goal of a community with a shared future between China and Vietnam has epoch-making historical significance for both parties and countries.Both sides unanimously agree to build a strategically significant China-Vietnam community with a shared future,which means that China-Vietnam relations have entered a new stage of higher political mutual trust.This can not only benefit the people of both countries,but also make tremendous contributions to the development of human peace and progress.The Wenshan Zhuang & Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province and the Hejiang Province of Vietnam are not only connected to Vietnam by mountains and rivers,but also have a long history of exchanges and exchanges between the two sides;After entering the new era,the cooperation between the two sides in areas such as port economy,cross-border labor,cultural tourism,and border area governance has become closer,with more significant results and a stronger public opinion foundation.
