A Study on the Development of Chinese Education in Vietnam:History,Current Situation,Motivation,Deficiencies & Suggestions
This paper summarizes the history and current situation of Chinese education in Vietnam,expounds the motivation from trade,cultural exchanges and educational cooperation,language policy and comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Vietnam,and identifies the shortcomings from teachers,teaching materials,curriculum,language ability assessment and the number and effectiveness of Confucius Institutes.Finally,suggestions are proposed based on the shortcomings to promote the development of Chinese education in Vietnam and the construction of China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
