快递行业作为一种能够引导流通方式转型、挖掘消费潜力的现代化先导性产业,是现代服务业的重要组成部分.随着农村电商发展越来越多元化,农村寄递物流体系也随之愈加完善,但与各类条件都较好的城市地区快递体系相比仍存在末端网点服务能力较差、不稳定、利润低、基础设施薄弱等问题.为能够客观、科学的评价乡镇快递网点建设能力,提出一种基于熵权—TOPSIS模型的乡镇快递网点建设能力评价体系,实证分析的结果表明,构建的包含4个主因素共13个评价指标的乡镇快递网点建设能力的评价指标体系是可行和合理的,为快递企业科学地开展乡镇网点建设提供了理论指导.
Construction of Evaluation System of Rural and Township Express Network Construction Capacity in A City Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Model
As an advanced leading industry that can guide the transformation of circulation patterns and tap consumption potential,the express delivery industry plays an important role in promoting economic growth and social progress.However,compared with the well-developed urban express delivery system,the rural express delivery system still faces many challenges,such as weak infrastructure,low profitability,and unstable service quality.In this paper,a evaluation index system for the construction capacity of township express delivery outlets based on entropy weight and TOPSIS model is proposed.The results of empirical analysis show that the constructed evaluation index system,which includes 4 main factors and 13 evaluation indicators,is feasible and reasonable.It provides a theoretical basis for the scientific construction of township express delivery outlets.
