On Mechanism of Linking Agricultural Benefits in Rural Revitalization:Taking Benefit Distribution Model of Blueberry and Avocado Planting in Mengzi and Menglian as Examples
Rural revitalization ultimately depends on farmers,and meeting farmers'interest demand is conducive to mobilizing their enthusiasm for participating in rural revitalization.The"622"and"334"benefit distribution models of Yunnan Mengzi Blueberries and Menglian Avocados have stimulated the endogenous motivation of farmers by linking their interests,promoting their participation,assisting their production,and increasing their income.The two types of benefit distribution models are the"joint cooperation,risk sharing,and benefit sharing"benefit adjustment relationship formed between farmers and agricultural management entities,which contains a farmer centered mechanism for linking the interests of farmers.By using this mechanism to ensure that farmers obtain more industrial benefits,it helps to highlight the main position of farmers in rural revitalization,mobilize farmers to actively participate in rural revitalization,promote the connection and interaction between the state and farmers,and consolidate the Party's governance foundation in rural areas.
