退役大学生积极品质赋能高校思想政治教育的路径探析

摘要
经过军营生活的培养教育,退役大学生积极品质表现突出,包括过硬的政治品质、扎实的军事素养、可贵的团队精神和积极的人格特质.退役大学生积极品质赋能思想政治教育,在大学生理想信念教育、国防教育、自我教育管理、积极心理教育中发挥着重要作用.推动退役大学生积极品质赋能高校思想政治教育,要激活退役大学生积极品质,厚积高校思想政治教育底蕴;强化退役大学生朋辈教育担当,激发高校思想政治教育新动能;深化退役大学生复学发展工作,助推高校思想政治教育可持续性发展.
Abstract
Through the education of military career,retired college students have outstanding positive qualities,including excellent political qualities,solid military accomplishment,valuable teamwork spirit,and positive personality traits.The value of these positive qualities in ideological and political education includes:leading the way in ideal and belief education,powerfully replenishing strength in national defense and military education,shouldering the big beam in self-education management bravely,and spreading positive energy in positive psychological education.To achieve the value of ideological and political education of retired college students'positive qualities,universities should explore and reshape the positive qualities of retired college students,strengthen the responsibility of peer education,promote their development.
