推动全过程人民民主与中华民族共同体建设的互促共进,是有效整合我国政治资源、助力中国式现代化的时代诉求.历史地看,我国"民主"与"民族"间的兼容性有根、有源、有生命力,为新时代全过程人民民主与中华民族共同体建设的优化互动提供了土壤.全过程人民民主将中国各民族人民的利益作为根本关切,以最广泛的权利保障、最真实的制度实践、最管用的治理效能为中华民族共同体建设提供了政治动能.中华民族共同体建设则以其内附的"四个与共"理念、五大基础领域以及民族基层地区的自治实践,进一步巩固了全过程人民民主伟大实践.立足政治文明发展新格局,我国理当通过促进共同体内部多元民主力量协同,建立全过程人民民主的民族地区样板,加强中华民族史教育,搭建人民民主与共同体建设多元互动平台的方式,持续推动二者的互促共进,为推进中国式现代化贡献政治伟力,在形塑人类政治文明新形态进程中彰显中国本位与实践自觉.
The Relationship between Whole-Process of Peoples Democracy and Construction of the Community for the Chinese Nation
Promoting the mutual advancement between the whole-process people's democracy and the construction of the community for the Chinese nation is the pursuit of the times to effectively integrate China's political resources and impel a Chinese path to modernization.Historically,the compatibility between"democracy"and"nationality"in China has its roots,origins and vitality,providing fertile ground for optimization and interaction between the whole-process people's democracy and the construction of the community for the Chinese nation in the new era.The whole-process people's democracy takes the interests of the people of all nationalities in China as its fundamental concern,and provides political momentum for the construction of the community for the Chinese nation with the broadest guarantee of rights,the most authentic institutional practice,and the most effective governance.The construction of the community for the Chinese nation has further consolidated the great practice of the whole-process people's democracy,with its attached concept of"Four Commonalities",its five basic areas,and the practice of autonomy in ethnic grassroots areas.Based on the further coordination of pluralistic democratic forces within the community,China should establish an exemplary model of the whole-process people's democracy in ethnic areas,strengthen education on the history of the Chinese nation,set up a platform for the pluralistic interaction of people's democracy and community construction.This will contribute to the political strength for pushing a Chinese path to modernization,and manifest China's position and practical awareness in shaping a new political civilization for mankind.
