Research on the Role of Social Security in Assisting the Construction of the Community for the Chinese Nation from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
Common prosperity is an inevitable requirement for the construction of the community for the Chinese nation.Social security is an important institutional arrangement for achieving common prosperity and helps to promote the construction of the community for the Chinese nation.Based on the perspective of common prosperity,the theoretical logic of how social security promoted the construction of the community for the Chinese nation is reflected in four aspects:political logic,economic logic,social logic and cultural logic.Social security,common prosperity and the construction of the community for the Chinese nation are consistent.In practice,there is still more room for social security to promote common prosperity and advance the construction of the community for the Chinese nation.To give full play to the role of social security in contributing to common prosperity and promoting the construction of the community for the Chinese nation,it is necessary to deal with several pairs of relationships:equity and efficiency,uniformity and differentiation,central authorities and local authorities,subsistence security and development security,material security and spiritual security,and co-construction and sharing.The national identity of basic social security should be intensified,the income redistribution mechanism of social security should be improved,the allocation of resources should be optimized,the shortcomings of social security should be remedied,the subjectivity of social security should be enhanced,and the awareness of social security among all ethnic groups should be strengthened.
