Order Construction in Public Space and Grassroots Governance Innovation:An Analysis Based on National Unity Canteen in Taijiang County,Guizhou Province
As a new type of public space,National Unity Canteen is a useful exploration for fostering rural civilization,enhancing the county's grassroots governance capacity and promoting rural revitalization.This paper takes National Unity Canteen in Taijiang County of Guizhou Province as a starting point,takes the public space as a research perspective.Through the analytical framework of order construction in grassroots public space,it explores the operation mechanism of National Unity Canteen and its positive role in promoting grassroots governance.The study found that in this public domain embodied by National Unity Canteen,the public nature of the village is condensed through the element supply of physical space,institutional space,cultural space,resource space,and multiple subject participation,forming a good governance order and governance rules.In the process of promoting the modernization of grassroots governance,the construction of a new public space order reflects five characteristics:first,it adheres to a people-centered stance;second,it embodies a pluralistic and synergistic governance model that organically integrates government-led and grassroots self-governance;third,it focuses on social incentives to activate endogenous dynamics;fourth,it highlights the cultivation of public spirit;and fifth,it follows the principle of sustainable development.
