On High-quality Development Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Ningxia Section of the Yellow River Basin
The Yellow River Basin is the birthplace of Chinese civilization.Various ethnic groups interact with each other and live in harmony with nature,creating a rich cultural heritage."The Yellow River in China is rich in Ningxia",Ningxia is the only province along the Yellow River basin in the nine provinces,shouldering the major responsibility of building the Yellow River basin ecological protection and High-quality Development Pilot Zone.The intangible cultural heritage in the Ningxia section highlights the uniqueness and representativeness of the history and culture of the Yellow River Basin,this paper focused on the systematic theoretical guidance obtained from the construction of intangible cultural heritage disciplines,and integrated the interdisciplinary theories of ethnology and cultural studies to explain the cultural context and historical mission,as well as the pluralistic values and compositional connotations of the intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin as a"cultural unity".This paper analyzed the practical problems in the protection and inheritance practice of intangible cultural heritage and the construction of policy and regulation system in Ningxia,and then explored the high-quality development path of intangible cultural heritage in the Yellow River Basin,such as maintaining cultural vitality to stimulate cultural consciousness,systematic reflection and protection,innovative transformation and creative development,and construction of the national discourse system of intangible cultural heritage knowledge innovation.
