The Development Path of Festival Tourism in Ethnic Regions from the Perspective of Cultural Capital Theory
Festivals in ethnic minority areas of China have rich cultural and economic value,and are an important component of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.The development of ethnic festivals through cultural tourism has become a trend nowadays.According to the case analysis,there are problems in China's ethnic cultural and tourism festivals,such as unclear cultural characteristics,lack of prominent brand image,shortage of professional talents,and rigid management models.Based on the perspective of cultural capital,this paper analyzed the transformation process of cultural resources into cultural capital in festival activities in ethnic regions of China.Cultural capital in ethnic regions exists in three forms:cultural ability,cultural products,and cultural system,and is closely related to the"field".On this basis,starting from three forms of cultural capital,this paper intended to solve the problems in ethnic cultural tourism festivals from three aspects:talent and cultural space,brand and product experience,and cultural environment and policies.
