铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下民族地区城市社区文化建设研究——基于宁夏Y市X社区的田野调查

摘要
为探究民族地区城市社区文化建设如何适应新时代现代化进程,从而更好促进各民族交往交流交融、为铸牢中华民族共同体意识服务,文章采取民族学田野调查的研究方法,对宁夏Y市X社区进行详细研究,结果表明:因地制宜开展多元主体参与互动式治理,如建立多元文化志愿服务主体、整合社区公共文化服务、打造社区老年文化教育、凝聚居民文化共识等,打造社区"自上而下"党建引领和居民"自下而上"参与的基层社会治理多元化格局,能够推动社区可持续发展和提升治理水平,有利于促进各民族交往交流交融,从而铸牢中华民族共同体意识.
Abstract
In order to explore how the cultural construction of urban communities in ethnic areas can adapt to the modernization process of the new era,further promote the communication,exchange and integration of various ethnic groups,and serve to strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation,this paper adopted the research method of field investigation of ethnology to conduct a detailed study on X community in Y city,Ningxia.The results showed that carrying out interactive governance with diverse subjects according to local conditions,such as establishing multicultural volunteer service subjects,integrating community public cultural services,creating community elderly cultural education,and consolidating resident'cultural consensus,can create a diversified pattern of grassroots social governance led by"top-down"party building and residents'"bottom-up"participation in the community,promote sustainable development of the community,improve governance level,promote communication,exchange and integration of various ethnic groups,and thus strengthen the consciousness of Chinese nation community.
