Qiong Opera is one of the representatives of Hainan folk art.With the development of Hainan,Qiong Opera rises,prospers,defeats and reinvigorates.This paper reviewed the origin and development process of Qiong Opera,and combined with the political and cultural background to analyze the evolution of the stage set design of Qiong Opera in the early,modern and contemporary times,and showed the change of new materials and new technologies under the background of the times.At the same time,this paper also focused on the shortcomings in the application of the new scenery of Qiong Opera,and put forward a comprehensive thinking on the development of Qiong Opera and local operas.This paper provided new ideas and methods for the study of Chinese opera culture,and also provided reference and inspiration for the design of modern stage scenery.
