T The Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region proposed the strategic deployment of"creating fertile ground for cultural prosperity"in the report of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.How to further promote the development of rural culture in Ningxia is an urgent question to be answered.Starting from the connotation of rural culture,this paper analyzed the basic situation of rural culture in Ningxia,studied the problems and challenges in the development of rural culture in Ningxia,and proposed targeted countermeasures to help Ningxia build a fertile ground and strong cultural area for cultural prosperity in the new era.
