"一带一路"倡议下宁夏影视作品国际传播研究——以宁夏广播电视台为例

讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音,向世界展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象,是加强新时代中国国际传播能力建设的根本遵循,其中,面向"一带一路"共建国家开展对外形象构建的外宣活动,对推进我国国际传播能力建设、完善国际传播工作格局发挥着重要作用.近年来,宁夏地方媒体以服务国家外交战略为使命,影视作品国际传播为推进我国与"一带一路"共建国家的民心相通提供了生动实践.文章以宁夏广播电视台影视作品为研究对象,分别从国际传播现状、传播内容、传播途径予以探析,尝试检验宁夏影视作品的国际传播效果,进而有针对性地提出"打造精品、拓展渠道、学习借鉴、提升运营、储备人才、强化推广"的对策建议.
On the International Communication of Ningxia Film and Television Works under the"Belt and Road"Initiative——A Case Study of Ningxia Radio and Television Station
Telling a good story about China,spreading a good voice of China,and presenting a credible,lovely,and respectable image of China to the world are the fundamental guidelines for strengthening China's international communication capacity in the new era.Among them,carrying out publicity activities aimed at the"the Belt and Road"co-building countries to build their external image plays an important role in promoting China's international communication capacity building and improving the international communication work pattern.In recent years,the local media in Ningxia has taken serving the country's diplomatic strategy as its mission,and the international dissemination of film and television works has provided a vivid practice for promoting communication between China and the"Belt and Road"countries.The author took the film and television works of Ningxia Radio and Television Station as the research object,and analyzed them from the perspective of international communication status,communication content,and communication channels.This paper intends to test the international communication effect of Ningxia's film and television works,and then propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions such as"creating high-quality products,expanding channels,learning and borrowing,improving operations,reserving talents,and strengthening promotion".
