Logical Rationale and Strategic Path:From Systematicness to Systematic Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage
The premise of the systematic safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage is that intangible cultural heritage itself is a cultural system with the basic characteristics of systemic wholeness,hierarchy,openness and stability.Therefore,the systematicness of intangible cultural heritage is the basic premise of systematic safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.In other words,the systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage is to implement comprehensive and scientific protection of intangible cultural heritage by looking at its own wholeness,the hierarchy of its constituent elements,the openness of its external environment and the stability of its cultural genes.The strategy of systematic and scientific protection of intangible cultural herit-age should at least include the conceptual change of relevant subjects,the reasonable optimization of the ap-plication work,the"four-in-one"protection work and the high-quality construction of the system of the talent.
