海归教师对高校国际化建设的作用探讨--以上海交通大学药学院为例

摘要
以上海交通大学药学院为例，分析了海归教师在带动校园氛围国际化、科研国际化、教学国际化和学生国际化等方面发挥的作用；为了进一步发挥海归教师在高校国际化建设过程作用，高校应为海归教师营造良好的国际化环境、提供和谐自由的学术氛围、建构先进的高校管理体制。
Abstract
The goal of this study is to examine the vital role of overseas returnees in promoting the internationalization of domestic universities in terms of atmosphere, scientific research, teaching and learning through the case study of the College of Pharmacy in Shanghai Jiaotong University. It consequently suggests that domestic higher learning institutions create a favorable globalized environment, overseas returnees play important roles in the construction of universities’ internationalization such as campus atmosphere, a liberal academic atmosphere and a state-of-the-art management mechanism to bring the returnees' role in full play.
