The introduction of the"double reduction"policy calls for the teachers team construction for the after-school service to further promote the perfect development of after-school services in primary and secondary schools.In the process of implementing the policy,a number of problems appear in teachers after-school service in China's primary and secondary schools.This paper investigated the progress of after-school services in terms of the diverse structure,professional training,incentive measures,instrumental resources and professional requirements as sound guarantee systems and accumulated experience in American primary and secondary education.These systems and experience can be useful to the construction of after-school service teachers teams in China in the areas of participation of multiple subjects,local support and guarantee,and experience exchange.
