建构符合中国社区教育学科特色与实践发展需求的话语体系是社区教育工作者和研究者的共识与责任.社区教育话语包括政策话语、实践话语、学术话语、传播话语等.政策话语作为顶层设计确立基本框架,明确学科归属,主导理论研究的方向;实践话语特征多重,实践主体诉求多样,内涵丰富;学术话语目前尚未构建起理论体系,可供学术交流的平台不多;传播话语的意识亟待加强,传播途径亟待创新.社区教育话语研究既可丰富社区教育理论的内涵,也有助于推动社区教育实践的发展,同时还能扩大社区教育价值的传播.
An Analysis of the Discourse Characteristics of Community Education
Constructing an academic discourse space and system to meet the needs of characteristic and practical development of Chinese community education disciplines has become a much-concerned subject of community educators and researchers.The community education discourse involves the realms of policy,practice,academics,etc.The policy discourse covers the top-level design for basic framework,disciplinary affiliation,and direction of theoretical research;the practical discourse has multiple characteristics,diverse subject demands,and rich connotations;the academic discourse needs to be strengthened in theoretical systems and communication platforms;and the communication discourse requires to be consolidated in awareness and innovation.This study explored the major concerns,thus suggesting that further research on community education discourse helps enrich the theoretical connotations and facilitate the practice of community education while boosting the dissemination of community education values.
