摘要

产业工人队伍的思想政治建设是事关党的执政基础的重大问题.当前,产业工人队伍的思想政治教育主要矛盾体现为:重技能轻素养,长期规划性缺失;重线上轻线下,现场体验性缺乏;重形式轻内容,改革综合性不够;重理论轻实践,教学实效性较低.要解决好这些问题,需要发挥学校和企业的双主体作用,不断探索以能力和素养"双提升"为导向,以线上和线下"双途径"为支撑,以校内和校外"双师资"为特色,以学校和企业"双空间"为载体的继续教育模式.

Abstract

The ideological and political construction of industrial workers is a major issue concerning the ruling foundation of the party.At present,the main contradictions of ideological and political education of industrial workers in the new era are as follows:emphasis on skills rather than literacy,lack of long-term planning;emphasis on online rather than offline,lack of on-site experience;emphasis on form rather than content,insufficiently reformed and comprehensive;emphasis on theory rather than practice,low effectiveness of teaching.To solve these problems,it is necessary to play the dual main role of schools and enterprises,and constantly explore the"dual enhancement"of competence and literacy as the guide,"dual path"of online and offline as the support,"dual faculty"of school and outside the school as the feature,"dual faculty"of school and outside the school as the guide,"dual faculty"of school and outside the school as the feature,"dual faculty"of school and outside the school as the guide.The model of continuing education is oriented to"dual enhancement"of quality,supported by"dual pathway"of online and offline,"dual teacher"of on-campus and off-campus,and"dual space"of school and enterprise.
