A Study on the College Teachers Development for Ideological and Political Courses in the New Era with Educators Spirit
Educators spirit involves value and ideal,teachers'ethics and personality,duty and mission,academic practice and dedication,and career development,which works as theoretical and practical guidance to teachers development for ideological and political courses.This paper aimed to explore the development path toward the training of well-qualified ideological and political teachers in the new era that focuses on such six aspects as fostering the ideal and belief of serving the nation in education to shoulder the responsibility of national significance,valuing introspection and prudence and exemplary demonstration to shape teachers'lofty moral personality,fulfilling the student-centered accountability for smart and quality education,performing the sacred missions of cultivating the souls for the value consensus of reform and innovation,nourishing great patriotism and devotion in a caring and benevolent way,and cultivating high-profile ideological and political faculty for the country.
