Disjointed Theory:A Logical Reflection on the Problems of Current Legal Education Reform
A new round of legal education reform is underway, being focused on what and how to renovate as key logical issues to meet the practical needs of China's comprehensive rule of law in the new era.A"disjointed theory"has been developed around the separation of theory and practice in the academic circle of law studies. This article tried to consider the research on the theory to justify the logical issues concerned from the perspective of triple logic. It believed that the theoretical nature in law education has not been fully explored and taught, that the disconnection between theory and practice is a normal phenomenon, and that the relationship between theory and practice is"a separation of appearances and likeness in nature".It argued that the connection of theory and practice is different from that of theory and reality, and that it is far more difficult to integrate theory with practice than integrating theory with reality. This triple logical reflection on the disjunction theory thus emphasized that teachers can be encouraged to integrate theory with reality, and that theory and practice can neither be neglected nor overemphasized in law education.
