The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education is an inevitable path to enrich the talent training of colleges and universities in the new era.This paper used the OBE conception to examine such problems as inadequate ideological and political elements and deficient innovative education concepts in an attempt to look at conceptions in innovative education,teaching methods and new paths and programs.It thus proposed a trio-system to integrate top-level design of curriculum ideological and political education with the China Intl College Student Innovation Competition and instruction,the middle layout of creative education,and the OBE-based education as the underlying logic.It further considered a new path of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in the perspective of curriculum design,professional requirements,teaching implementation,and assessment and supportive guarantees,laying a solid foundation for cultivating talents complete with professional ethics,skills,and innovative and entrepreneurship competence.
