The Community of Practice in Higher Education:Current Situation,Trends and Path Construction
The new round of scientific and technological evolution has accelerated the interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral integration that calls for a common community of practical education as an important support and a key carrier for the cultivation of compound innovative talents in higher education.This paper considered such issues and problems as the unstable fundamental cooperation,the inadequate cooperative impetus,and unsound governance to be revealed in the discrete inter-subject value identity,self-defined value performance,and cross-sectional management barriers arising from the mechanism of market-oriented allocation of resources and the orientation of performance doctrine.To tackle these issues,it explored the construction of a practical education system of consensus,sharing and co-governance among multi-dimensional subjects by strengthening the concept of general education to promote value consensus,assembling comprehensive elements to advance benefit sharing,and constructing integrated channels to enhance cross-boundary co-governance,so as to vigorously expedite the high-quality development of practical education.
