Fair Allocation of Teachers in Urban and Rural Compulsory Education from the Perspective of Labor Justice
It is necessary to resolve the problem of unjust allocation of labor for teachers to promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.This paper aimed to explore the labor justice in faculty deployment from the perspective of Marx's theory of human labor.It emphasized that it is urgent to make a fair arrangement of rights and obligations for the allocation of teachers'labor,so as to realize the coordinated development of compulsory education in the urban and rural regions.Labor justice is the logical starting point of the fair allocation of teachers,an indication of teachers'labor in proportion to legitimate needs and dignity of faculty labor as the right way of labor justice for the fair faculty assignment in urban and rural compulsory education.
