教育数字化转型是新时代教育发展趋势之一,对提升教师发展质量、激发教师发展新动能和催生教师发展新样态具有重要意义.数字技术赋能教师发展的实质是促进数字技术与教师协同与交互,实现教师专业发展提质增效,构建与数字化教育相契合的教师专业发展新生态.教育数字化转型背景下教师专业发展的内容主要体现在教师角色与理念、专业知识与能力、教学与反思等方面.学校作为教育数字化转型的最基本单位,理应承担支持教师发展与转型的重任.为推进教师数字化发展以助力教育数字化转型,学校要以系统观念统领全局转型,遵循整体性、针对性、协同性与开放性四大原则;以情感支持激发成长动力;以数字场域创新发展新生态;以"治培研评"一体保障教师发展,将学校治理制度、个性化培训方案、智能精准教研模式和教师数字化发展成熟度评价联系起来,共筑教育数字化转型下的教师成长.
The Path toward Teachers'Professional Development in the Context of Digital Transformation of Education
The digital transformation of education is one of the development trends of education in the new era,which is of great significance to promoting the high-quality advance of education,ensuring the quality personnel training,and improving the lifelong learning system.Essentially,the digital technology empowerment for teachers development lies in fostering the collaboration and interaction between technologies and teachers,achieving the quality and efficient teachers'professional development,and developing a new ecology of teachers'professional elevation compatible with the digital education.The digitalization of education has brought new changes to the teachers professional development mainly in the aspects of teachers'roles and concepts,professional knowledge and competency,teaching and reflection,etc.This article emphasized that schools undertake the important task of teachers development and transformation through systematically planning the overall transformation in the principles of wholeness,relevance,synergy,and openness,intensifying life care with emotional support,innovating the ecosystem of development in the digital field,guaranteeing teachers'development in the integration of governance,training,research,and evaluation,and synergizing the school governance system,personalized training programs,intelligent and precise teaching and research models,and the maturity evaluation of teachers'digital development to consolidate teachers'growth in the digital transformation of education.
