价值共创视域下研究生创新能力影响因素研究

摘要
科技革命加速知识迭代,研究生教育应以提升创新能力为导向,价值共创作为师生创新资源协同与整合的关键环节,是影响研究生创新能力的重要因素.基于价值共创理论,以"双一流"建设高校的 387 位研究生为样本,采用问卷调查法和结构方程模型分析法探究导师指导对研究生创新能力的影响过程,并进一步分析研究生价值共创行为的中介作用.结果表明:指导内容和指导方式对研究生的创新能力有显著影响,价值共创行为起部分中介作用.研究成果不仅从参与行为和公民行为两个维度为价值共创理论嵌入研究生创新能力研究提供了新视角,而且为研究生创新能力培养提供了实践证据.
Abstract
The teacher-student value co-creation,as a key route of collaboration and integration of innovative resources,is an important factor in training graduate students'innovative ability in the increasingly accelerated iteration of knowledge out of the technological revolution.This paper sampled 387 graduate students in double first-class universities to explore the process of the tutorial influence on graduate students'innovative ability and further analyze the mediating role of value co-creation behavior using a questionnaire and structural equation model.The results showed that the tutorial content and method have a significant effect on graduate students'cultivation of innovative abilities.At the same time,while the value co-creation behavior plays a partial mediating role.These findings provide a new perspective for the research on the embedment of value co-creation theory into graduate students'innovative ability from the dimensions of participation behavior and citizenship behavior,thus adding practical evidence for cultivating graduate students'innovative competence.
