On the Factors in the Cultivation of Graduates'Innovative Ability in the Perspective of Value Co-creation Behavior
The teacher-student value co-creation,as a key route of collaboration and integration of innovative resources,is an important factor in training graduate students'innovative ability in the increasingly accelerated iteration of knowledge out of the technological revolution.This paper sampled 387 graduate students in double first-class universities to explore the process of the tutorial influence on graduate students'innovative ability and further analyze the mediating role of value co-creation behavior using a questionnaire and structural equation model.The results showed that the tutorial content and method have a significant effect on graduate students'cultivation of innovative abilities.At the same time,while the value co-creation behavior plays a partial mediating role.These findings provide a new perspective for the research on the embedment of value co-creation theory into graduate students'innovative ability from the dimensions of participation behavior and citizenship behavior,thus adding practical evidence for cultivating graduate students'innovative competence.
