Essential Connotation,Logical Structure,and Practical Path of Educators'Spirit in the New Era
Promoting the spirit of educators is not only a tribute to teachers'noble profession but also a key step to cultivate ethics and talents,direct the social moral trends,and strengthen the faculty construction in the new era.It is developed from the important discourses of the"Good Teachers in Four Aspects","Guide to Four Developments","Six Essentials",and"Masterminds"as the rich connotations of General Secretary Xi Jinping's educational thought.Its logical framework takes ideal beliefs and ambitious pursuit as the logical starting point,moral sentiments and benevolent hearts as the logical mainlines,and educational wisdom and dedication as the logical pivot points.Its practice in the new era requires the establishment of exemplary models to guide teachers'development of the spirit of educators,the construction of a public opinion publicity system to create a favored social atmosphere with the spirit of educators and the designation of a multiple support system to enable Chinese-style modernization with the spirit of educators,thus providing solid spiritual guidance and value support to construct an educational power.
