摘要
高职教育高质量发展是以各级各类高职院校为基本组成单元的高职教育系统整体性、全面性、协调性的发展样态和发展趋势.以高职教育高质量发展内涵体系为逻辑起点,可以构建包括发展层级、发展环境的逻辑框架.高职教育高质量发展具有微观、中观、宏观三个层级,政治环境发挥着条件性基础作用,经济环境发挥着主体性伺服作用,文化环境发挥着发展性持存作用.高质量发展内核是发展动力的转换升级,高职教育高质量发展的动力转换可以要素驱动为基础,以制度建设为保障,以技术创新为核心,以数字经济为赋能,共同实现新旧动能转换.
Abstract
The high-quality development of vocational education refers to the overall,comprehensive,and coordinated development pattern and trend of the vocational education system involving a variety of technical colleges.This work is aimed to examine the connotative system of high-quality development of higher vocational education to construct a logical framework that includes the micro-,meso-,and macro-development,and the roles of the political environment as a conditional foundation,the economic environment as subjective support,and the cultural environment as developmental sustainability.It suggests that the essence of high-quality development lies in the transformation and upgrading of the driving forces for the high-quality development of higher vocational education to be guaranteed by institutional construction,centered on technological innovation and empowered by the digital economy,therefore contributing to the achievement of the transformation of dynamics to advance the high-quality development of higher vocational education in China.
