"以生为本":创业型大学建设的底线

创业型大学概念的出现并非基于人才培养模式的创新,但两位理论奠基者克拉克与埃兹科维茨提出的关于创业型大学的基本要义内隐"以生为本"的办学理念。国际创业型大学在学术创业反哺人才培养、创业教育凸显育人特色、基于创新创业重建师生关系等方面呈现"以生为本"的多元实践路径,而我国创业型大学"以生为本"的价值指引在理论与实践的双重探索上还略显不足。就当前创业型大学中国实践的初级发展阶段而言,"以生为本"育人理念的打造与强化应重点抓住以下三个方面:在办学理念上,实现从学生客体到学生主体的转变;在课堂教学上,实现从单向传承到双向创生的转变;在学生事务上,实现从管理学生到服务校友的转变。
Construction of Entrepreneurial University:A Student-Centered Perspective
The concept of the entrepreneurial university is not intended to foster the innovation of the talent cultivation model.However,the basic tenets of the two theorists on entrepreneurial universities are implicit in the conception of"student-centered"education.The student-centered value guidance of Chinese entrepreneurial universities needs to be further studied in both theoretical and practical exploration while international entrepreneurial universities have already formed a diversified student-centered practice in the aspects of academic entrepreneurship feeding the cultivation of talents training,the entrepreneurship education highlighting the characteristics of talents nurturing,and the teacher-student relationship established on innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper,thus,proposed that the creation and facilitation of the student-centered philosophy of China's education in the development stage of the current practice of entrepreneurial universities needs to focus on the realization of the change from student objects to subjects in the philosophy of school running,the shift from one-way inheritance to two-way creativity in classroom teaching,and the transition from management of students to service of alumnus in student affairs.
