Teachers'Evaluation Literacy Oriented to Cultivating College Students'Innovative Abilities
The purpose of this study is to examine the constituent elements of college teachers'evaluation of literacy as key factors in cultivating students'innovative abilities and further exploring the promotion paths to teachers'evaluation literacy from faculty,university,and society in line with the realities of campuses and classes.It emphasizes that university faculty need to clarify innovative evaluation concepts to use diversified active evaluation methods to promote students'innovative abilities,universities need to create a favorable evaluation environment to foster teachers'evaluation literacy and continuously optimize sustainable training of innovative talents,sound mechanisms,and innovative social atmosphere are needed to lay a solid foundation to boost university teachers'evaluation of literacy.
