基于大学生创新能力培育的教师评价素养研究

通过梳理高校教师评价素养构成要素,开展基于大学生创新能力培育的高校教师评价素养影响因素的研究,并结合校园和课堂的实际情况,从教师、高校、社会三个层面提出高校教师创新评价素养的提升路径。教师层面,应明确创新的评价理念,积极运用多元化的评价方式促进学生创新能力的提升;高校层面,要营造良好的创新能力培养环境,持续优化创新人才培养的教师评价体系,为教师评价素养提升带来持久的助力;社会层面,要健全教师评价政策保障机制,创设良好的创新社会氛围,为教师评价素养发展提供更加优越的外部条件。
Teachers'Evaluation Literacy Oriented to Cultivating College Students'Innovative Abilities
The purpose of this study is to examine the constituent elements of college teachers'evaluation of literacy as key factors in cultivating students'innovative abilities and further exploring the promotion paths to teachers'evaluation literacy from faculty,university,and society in line with the realities of campuses and classes.It emphasizes that university faculty need to clarify innovative evaluation concepts to use diversified active evaluation methods to promote students'innovative abilities,universities need to create a favorable evaluation environment to foster teachers'evaluation literacy and continuously optimize sustainable training of innovative talents,sound mechanisms,and innovative social atmosphere are needed to lay a solid foundation to boost university teachers'evaluation of literacy.
