Private colleges and universities have contributed to popularizing higher education as a critical part of higher learning institutions.However,their sound development faces challenges due to blind funding impulsion,impotent policy support,imperfect top design,etc.This study aimed to explore the strategies for risk avoidance to guarantee the development of quality education through favored listing finance,state policy support,and fiscal allocations to serve economic and social progress.It will help the development of private colleges and universities and eventually contribute to the overall long-term and healthy advancement of China's higher education.
