摘要
道德暴力可以说是道德评价中的“暴政”，其实施者站在道德制高点，以道德的名义鼓动人指责、诘问甚至打击他人，给他人造成难以承受的精神压力。而产生道德暴力现象的一个重要原因是人们的道德评价出现偏差。因此，完善道德评价标准对于遏止道德暴力显得极其重要和紧迫，而建设道德评价标准应坚持适度公正原则和融合性原则。
Abstract
Moral violence can be regarded as“tyranny” in moral evaluation. Executors stand in the moral high ground, in the name of morality encouraging accusation, asking and even cracking down on others, to cause unbearable stress to others. One of the most important reasons of moral violence phenomenon is that people’s moral evaluation has gone awry. Therefore, the improvement on moral evaluation is becoming urgently important. Constructing moral evaluation standard should abide by the principle of moderate justice and fusion.
