后藤朝太郎作为近代日本的中国学研究者,一生来华50余次,留有百余种中国社会的研究著作.在其诸多"中国游记"中有着大量关于宁波的书写,内容包括底层人物的生活状况、历史名胜、自然风光以及与日本风土人情的比较等.后藤关于宁波的书写,既是对古代的怀念与想象,又反映着宁波社会近代风貌的变迁.其纪行文的亲经性及互文性,在文化思想传播的过程中,影响着近代日本文人中国认识的形成与演变.后藤朝太郎"中国游记"中的宁波书写,反映了在近代中日关系错综复杂的背景下日本人的中国认识及其思想内涵.
Abstract
As a modern Japanese sinologist,Goto Asataro visited China more than 50 times in his lifetime and left behind over a hundred research works on Chinese society.There is a lot of writing about Ningbo among his numerous"Chinese travelogues"which contains the life of the people,histories and places of interest,natural sceneries,and the local customs of Japan.His writing about Ningbo is not only an imagine and longing of the ancient but also a reflection of the changes of modern Ningbo.The authenticity and intertextuality of his travelogues has influenced the formation and evolution of Japanese literati's understanding of China.It reflected Japanese understanding of China in the backdrop of the complexity of Sino-Japan relationship.
