基于UG8.5数控铣床零件的自动编程与仿真加工

采用传统的手工方式对零件进行编程往往耗时耗力,而且容易发生错误。如果采用自动编程技术对复杂零件进行编程,既可以提高加工零件的编程效率,更可以提高零件的加工品质。本文以数控铣床零件为例,采用UG8.5软件,对该零件进行了造型设计、自动编程以及仿真加工处理。实践证明:采用UG8.5对零件进行自动编程,可以大大降低编程难度,提高编程效率。
Automatic Programming of NC Milling Machine Parts and Machining Simulation---Based on UG8.5 Software
Using the traditional manual way of programming often consume time and occur error.If adopting the automatic programming technology process the programming of complex parts,Not only can improve the machining efficiency of programming, but also can improve the machining quality of parts.This article make the numerical control milling machine parts as an example,adopting UG8.5 software, design the parts,process and simulate the parts.Practice has proved that: using UG8.5 automatic programming of parts, can greatly reduce the difficulty of programming,and improve the efficiency of programming.
