职业教育数字化转型的政策分析

摘要
随着我国数字经济的蓬勃发展,职业教育也进入数字化转型的新阶段,职业教育数字化转型政策成为目前我国职业教育建设的政策焦点.首先,通过分析职业教育数字化的政策定位,明晰职业教育数字化转型由谁做、做什么、如何做三大问题.其次,通过探究职业教育数字化转型的实践要求,提出政策制定的着力点.最后,指出未来要完善职业教育数字化转型的顶层政策设计、丰富职业教育数字化转型的实践数字资源、提升职业教育数字化转型的主体数字素养、形成职业教育数字化转型的跨界协同氛围.
Abstract
With the vigorous development of China's digital economy,vocational education has also entered a new stage of digital transformation.The digital transformation policy of vocational education is currently the policy focus of vocational education construction in China.This study analyzes the policy positioning of digital vocational education and clarifies three major issues:who will do it,what will be done,and how to do it.By exploring the practical requirements of digital transformation in vocational education,it proposes the focus of policy formulation.Finally,it points out that in the future,we need to improve the top-level policy design of digital transformation of vocational education,enrich the practical digital resources of digital transformation of vocational education,enhance the digital literacy of the main body of digital transformation of vocational education,and form a cross-border collaborative atmosphere for digital transformation of vocational education.
