摘要
专业群适应性建设是充分释放类型教育活力的"关键一招",具有引领改革、彰显特色、解决难题的现实价值.知识聚合,重塑专业布局结构;资源整合,拓宽人才培养通道;校企联合,服务区域发展大局的组群逻辑在适应性建设上潜力初显,但其走向一直在探索和变化之中.据此,提出了专业群适应性建设的推进策略:遵循"固本培元"思维,构建"评价诊断"机制,瞄准"协同发展"目标.
Abstract
Adaptive construction of specialty clusters is a"key move"to fully release the vitality of classified education,which has the practical value of leading reforms,highlighting characteristics and solving problems.With knowledge aggregation to reshape the structure of specialty layout,resource integration to broaden the channel of talent cultivation,and school-enterprise alliance to serve the overall situation of regional development,the logic of these clusters has already shown its potential in the construction,but its direction has been in the process of exploration and change.Accordingly,the article puts forward the promotion strategies for the adaptive construction of specialty clusters:follow the thinking of"solid foundation and cultivation",construct the mechanism of"evaluation and diagnosis",and aim at the goal of"synergistic development".
