高职院校专业群治理的模式探索与路径创新——基于涂尔干的有机团结理论
Mode Exploration and Path Innovation of Specialty Clusters Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on Durkheim's Theory of Organic Unity

摘要
专业群治理模式的探索,是实现共建共治、建设专业群治理共同体的必经之路.社会学家涂尔干的有机团结理论为高职专业群治理模式探索提供新的视角.通过分析"机械团结"和"有机团结"的内涵,探讨有机团结与高职专业群治理的契合性,对比有机团结与机械团结的治理意识、组织结构与社会规范等三个要素,结合高职专业群治理现状,认为目前高职专业群治理属于"机械团结型"治理,需要重塑治理价值、完善专业群组织管理机制、平衡刚性治理与柔性治理,最终走向"有机团结型"高职专业群治理模式.
Abstract
The exploration of the governance mode of specialty clusters is the only way to realize the joint construction and co-governance and build the governance community of specialty clusters.Social scientist Durkheim's theory of organic unity provides a new perspective for the governance mode of higher vocational specialty clusters.Through analyzing the connotation of"mechanical unity"and"organic unity",this paper discusses the compatibility between organic unity and the governance of higher vocational specialty clusters.By comparing the three elements of governance consciousness,organizational structure and social norms of organic unity and mechanical unity,combined with the current situation of specialty clusters governance in higher vocational colleges,it is believed that the current specialty clusters governance in higher vocational colleges belongs to the"mechanical unity"governance,which needs to reshape the governance value,improve the organizational management mechanism of specialty clusters,and balance rigid management and flexible governance.Finally,it will move towards the governance mode of specialty clusters of"organic unity"in higher vocational colleges.
