The Logic,Value,and Path of Dual Empowerment Between Vocational Education and New Quality Productivity
New quality productivity is a new concept emerging in recent years.It is of great practical significance to explore and study the internal relationship between vocational education and new quality productivity.This paper discusses the connotation of new quality productivity and human resources,and analyzes the internal logic of dual empowerment between vocational education and new quality productivity.On this basis,it expounds the value implication of the new quality productivity enabling the development of vocational education,in which the new quality productivity promotes the digital transformation of vocational education,and the new quality productivity promotes the reform of the talent training mode of vocational education.Finally,it points out two practical paths for vocational education to enable new quality productivity:one is that vocational education helps cultivate innovative skill talents,the other is that vocational education helps industrial transformation and upgrading.
