工匠精神是民族精神与时代精神的生动体现,孕育着与时俱进的创新意识.近年来随着工匠精神写入《国家职业教育改革实施方案》及《中华人民共和国职业教育法》中,弘扬和培育工匠精神成为高职院校教育工作的重要内容.伴随新质生产力概念的提出及其战略布局的展开,高职院校肩负起促进新质生产力形成与发展的时代任务.在分析工匠精神赋能新质生产力的关系逻辑和价值逻辑的基础上,阐明了实践逻辑,提出了"彰显深层价值意蕴与发掘优良文化传统""加强理论课程建设与优化校园文化环境""推进生产实践与革新学校治理"的工匠精神赋能新质生产力的三条优化路径.
Logical Analysis of the New Quality Productivity Enabled by the Craftsmanship Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges
The Craftsmanship spirit is a vivid embodiment of the national spirit and the spirit of the times,nurturing a sense of innovation that keeps pace with the times.In recent years,with the inclusion of craftsmanship spirit in the Implementation plan for the Reform of the National Polytechnic Education and the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China,the promotion and cultivation of craftsmanship spirit has become an important part of the education work of higher vocational colleges and universities.Along with the concept of new quality productivity and its strategic layout,higher vocational colleges and universities shoulder the task of promoting the formation and development of new quality productivity.By analyzing the relationship logic,value logic and practice logic of craftsmanship spirit empowering the new quality productivity,it is the proper meanings of optimizing the path of empowering the new quality productivity with craftsmanship spirit by highlighting the deep value implication and discovering the cultural value of traditional craftsmanship,strengthening the theoretical curriculum construction and optimizing the campus cultural environment,and promoting the production practice and innovating the school governance,so as to make the casting soul education work go deep and solid to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of college students better.
