金融强国战略下推动人民币数字化与国际化的策略

摘要
2023年10月,中央金融工作会议提出金融强国战略目标.实现金融强国的重要标志之一是国家在国际金融市场上所处的地位或所拥有的话语权.其中,人民币的国际化程度尤其体现金融强国的成色.数字经济时代,数字人民币无疑会对人民币国际化产生极大的驱动作用.论文认为,数字人民币作为我国主权货币的数字形态,对于优化传统人民币功能和提供高效跨境支付具有重要意义,有助于人民币在国际舞台实现广泛的应用,进而推进金融强国战略有效落地.因此,论文提出要提升数字人民币的国际认知度,建立国际合作机制,强化相关法律监管以及技术创新和安全保障等建议,以推动数字人民币国际化.
Abstract
In October 2023,the Central Financial Work Conference proposed the strategic goal of financial power.One of the important symbols of the realization of financial power is the country's position in the international financial market or the right to speak.Among them,the degree of internationalization of RMB especially reflects the degree of financial power.In the era of digital economy,digital RMB will undoubtedly have a great driving effect on the internationalization of RMB.The article believes that the digital RMB,as the digital form of China's sovereign currency,is of great significance for optimizing the functions of traditional RMB and providing efficient cross-border payments,which will help realize the wide application of RMB in the international arena,and then promote the effective landing of the strategy of financial power.Therefore,the paper proposes to enhance the international recognition of digital RMB,establish an international cooperation mechanism,strengthen relevant legal supervision,technological innovation and security,and other suggestions to promote the internationalization of digital RMB.
