High-quality Development of New Rural Collective Economy:Theoretical Connotations,Practical Difficulties and Optimization Strategies
Developing a new type of rural collective economy and achieving modernization and transformation of China's collective economy are important pathways to promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.On the basis of elaborating the theoretical connotations of high-quality development of new rural collective economy and its main types,this paper reviews and summarizes the development process and reform achievements of new rural collective economy,analyzes the main obstacles faced by its development,and proposes pathways to promote a high-quality development of new rural collective economy.Different from existing studies that either barely use the term"high-quality development"as an expression in words,or only focus on a single economic dimension such as property rights relationship or business operation in their analysis,this study relies on the current definitions of the connotations of economic development quality in academia,takes practical difficulties and development needs in consideration,and proposes to understand theoretical connotations of high-quality development of new rural collective economy from three dimensions,namely,a governance one,an economic one,and a social one.Under the context of establishing a socialist market economy,the pathways of achieving high-quality development of new rural collective economy can be optimized from the three dimensions,respectively,which can build a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity for farmers in rural areas.
