Relationship Embeddedness,Interest Alliance and the Innovation of"Big Trusteeship"Management Mode——The Case Analysis Based on Dianji Village in Huai Nan City
"Large trusteeship"is an important way to promote the innovative development of a composite business model of"land scale+service scale".Through the research of"large trusteeship"in Dianji Village,Huainan City,this article conducts research on the"big trusteeship"in Dianji Village,Huainan City,deeply analyzes the specific operation mode of"big trusteeship",and attempts to reveal the internal mechanism that leads to the development and evolution of"big trusteeship".The study found that through the method of"two entrustments,two follow-up,and one bottom support",under the embedding of relationships,"large trusteeship"gradually connects farmers,village collectives,new agricultural management entities,agricultural managers,and local governments,forming a mutually beneficial and cooperative alliance of interests.The strengthening of relationship orientation among participating entities and the increasing complexity of interest bonds induce a shift from implementing land transfer or land trusteeship to implementing"large trusteeship".At the same time,it is necessary to establish a relationship governance mechanism in the social relationship network to maintain the stability and sustainable development of"large trusteeship".Studying the innovative path of the"big trusteeship"business model is of great inspiration for promoting the construction of the"big trusteeship"operating system.
